Although my device makes using this card extraordinarily difficult people do do it and I expect to imminently so as to free up tremendous memory.Good App and has all basic concepts however the cost of purchasing app currency is way too high .. lower it and am sure this will surpass other similar apps in the market Appreciate the response and I'm pretty sure others have too might want to run a quick survey and chck on the user reviews bt again you are devs know what's best for the app hope you consider the price drop optionDownloaded app for testing..recharge done and No gems received.

3. Please take down the application and see what the problem is and I also need a refund.I have paid ₹799 twice... Yet i have not received any gems and the payment history in the app is blank... I even have taken screenshots of these...This app is completely misleading in its advertising.

1. Fix Hooya Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Hooya: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Hooya App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Hooya" » Open Hooya - video chat & live call » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Hooya » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Hooya - video chat & live call app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Hooya servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Hooya - video chat & live call" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Hooya app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Hooya might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Hooya. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Hooya then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Hooya not working

2. Fix Hooya Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Hooya be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Hooya not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Hooya may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
