WtheckI try app out alot and post reviews.This app is a scam!Do not download.I signed up for this app,completed registration and signed in.I didn't get talk or text anyone.They say to chat with your sponsor first,but no one answers you.Also I found that no money or btc add up you do not get paid to chat like it says waste of time.Honestly couldn't have tried a worse or more untruthful app.False advertising.Developers shouldn't trick people like this.Please don't fall for the developer's tricks.its a great app very simple and easy to use! the most exciting part is you can earn btc while sing it.

1. Fix ChatPays Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ChatPays: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ChatPays App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ChatPays" » Open ChatPays » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ChatPays » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ChatPays app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ChatPays servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ChatPays" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ChatPays app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ChatPays might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ChatPays. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ChatPays then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ChatPays not working

2. Fix ChatPays Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ChatPays be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ChatPays not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ChatPays may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
