Why should I report an Issue with Chatous?

1. In the teen section they can pretend to be like 17 or whatever and then they can be a 47 year old male or female trying to get people who's 30 years younger than them! I never found anyone who wasn't a preditor and I blocked all of them.

2. I need some costumer support here to help me out so if y'all could contact me that'd be great.I love the app, but theres a few problems I want to report! Lately the app keeps crashing and failing to load profiles.

3. A moment ago it was messing up and not letting me or the person I was speaking with send messages! It was sending things multiple times failing to send messages, we had to use a different app to talk.

5. You cannot switch your cam, move it's position on screen or resize it, you cannot choose your country, so it you want to meet with locals, tough.

6. Uninstalling thanksNo point in choosing the country of preference because its just going to throw people from random country at you anyways.

7. I couldn't start new chats and I couldn't send messages, as if my internet wasn't working.

8. Only a few issues: some bots, sometimes it gets stuck on infinite waiting, and connection problems when sending messages.

9. Plus, in the teen section as well, the people you friend has very 'detailed' images.

10. Another thing I've noticed (I have closely observed my notification settings) is that I rarely receive message notifications, if at all; that means sometimes I can leave someone hanging for any amount of time that I don't decide to check the app occasionally.

11. Doesn't matter if I switch devices, change WiFi or switch to data, or log into a different account.I like this app in principle, but it has flaws.

1. Fix Chatous Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Chatous: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Chatous App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Chatous" » Open Chatous » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Chatous » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Chatous app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Chatous servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Chatous" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Chatous app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Chatous might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Chatous. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Chatous then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Chatous not working

2. Fix Chatous Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Chatous be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Chatous not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Chatous may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
