1. 1) Ads started becoming full screen & more frequent; 2) There is NO WAY TO EXIT the app without activating ad (No or tiny, hidden "X" or "Close" button); 3) Doesn't keep drafts when exiting; 4) No ability to "Forward" SMS; 5) No ability to designate SMS as Spam; 6) I suddenly started getting A LOT more Spam, & being billed for sending A LOT more SMS's then I had listed.

2. I was trying to send a text before reaching the edge of my cell service reach and an ad popped up before I could send it and would not go away until I selected the "Decline" option.

3. I can't even open the app nor send one text message at all without experiencing an ad & the ads occasionally make my phone go slow, causing me to have to force stop the app & go back in & start again.

4. If you can overlook the constant ads or if they offer a premium option with no ads, this will be a great app for you.Been having issues my factory default texting app (it would lag incoming and outgoing messages by several days, if not dropping them completely).

1. Fix Messages Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Messages: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Messages App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Messages" » Open Messages » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Messages » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Messages app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Messages servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Messages" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Messages app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Messages might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Messages. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Messages then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Messages not working

2. Fix Messages Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Messages be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Messages not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Messages may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
