1. WMC is a disorganized organization whose administration needs to go.The new update is TERRIBLE! If I could give it ZERO stars, I would! It's nearly impossible to navigate, I can't find any of my history, test results, or visit summaries, and the color scheme is horrible! I used to love this app, and I monitored my health stats frequently.
2. I am not having any trouble signing in and appreciate being able to use my fingerprint sign-in.I started using this app when I joined YRMC.
3. Messaging should have an option to switch folders (ie, from Inbox to Sent Items), without having to go through multiple levels (menu>secure messaging>sent items).
