7. Once you have an account, simply sign into the HealtheLife app with your Cerner Health username and password.

HealtheLife Customer Insights

1. WMC is a disorganized organization whose administration needs to go.The new update is TERRIBLE! If I could give it ZERO stars, I would! It's nearly impossible to navigate, I can't find any of my history, test results, or visit summaries, and the color scheme is horrible! I used to love this app, and I monitored my health stats frequently.

2. I am not having any trouble signing in and appreciate being able to use my fingerprint sign-in.I started using this app when I joined YRMC.

3. Messaging should have an option to switch folders (ie, from Inbox to Sent Items), without having to go through multiple levels (menu>secure messaging>sent items).

4. There is a lot more reliance on you as a user to type and search to find your particular provider, for instance.

5. If these bugs aren't fixed soon, or if you don't revert back to pre-update state, I'm uninstalling! Very disappointed and a firm believer in, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it!" ☹This is basically a wrapper for loading specific webpages.

6. No point in having something if it doesn't let you in the app.This app could be more user friendly.

7. For example, it should explain that MRN means medical record number, and users shouldn't have to search through documents to find it.

8. It will then have you enter your email and password over and over and over again, until you get so frustrated you select "forgot password" option.

9. No, it's not my password because if I enter the wrong one, it states user and password don't match.

10. Just turn the Inbox page title into a drop-down, with selections (Sent Items, etc).

11. Information, such as your account number, doesn't carry between modules like bill pay.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix HealtheLife Issues

1. Fix HealtheLife Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart HealtheLife: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the HealtheLife App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "HealtheLife" » Open HealtheLife » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for HealtheLife » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear HealtheLife app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from HealtheLife servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "HealtheLife" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check HealtheLife app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, HealtheLife might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall HealtheLife. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall HealtheLife then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing HealtheLife not working


2. Fix HealtheLife Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make HealtheLife be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to HealtheLife not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, HealtheLife may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
