1. No problem making the reservation on 4/13/23 through the app, but on 4/14/23 when trying to check-in once we got our bill to redeem rewards dollars, Maggiano's was already removed! All notifications state effective 4/16/23 they are no longer part of LEYE? Able to redeem some points after the server notified the manager, but they did not credit us earned points!TerribleApp closes after entering my email.

2. I have $350 worth of gift cards stored in there and I can't get to them because the horrible app crashes every time I try and sign in!! Great business model, get me to buy gift cards and store them in the app so I can't use any of the money that I already gave you!!Loved the app until lastnight! Upset Maggiano's is being removed, so we decided on dinner 4/14/23 to use some reward dollars up.

3. With all the basic features restaurant /rsvp sites offer, it's surprising leye hasn't stepped up to match 15 year old technology.This was my first frequent diners club (in fact it may b 1st in country) and it is very user friendly and quick to update reservation times, info etc.

4. Getting sorry messages is frustrating.generally good, but lacks the ability to search with filters, i.e. location, cuisine, price.

5. And even though this scratch off points option has been happening for years, the way it's set up here has inspired me to try 4 Lettuce restaurants that I've been wanting to go to for years.

6. Making a reservation before Ieave for the city is difficult because your app brings up the locations closest to me.

7. Just a horrible app.Selecting a time for a reservation and I just get a pop up that says sorry and then a second one.

8. Also lacks an ability to modify reservations or to make special requests such as anniversaries, celebrations, or booster seats.

9. Also, l live some distance from Chicago, but mostly use city and close suburb leye locations.

10. Very frustrating.I share my rewards account with my partner and both of our names are on it but it appears that we can have only one user ID.

1. Fix LettuceEats Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart LettuceEats: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the LettuceEats App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "LettuceEats" » Open LettuceEats » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for LettuceEats » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear LettuceEats app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from LettuceEats servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "LettuceEats" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check LettuceEats app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, LettuceEats might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall LettuceEats. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall LettuceEats then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing LettuceEats not working

2. Fix LettuceEats Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make LettuceEats be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to LettuceEats not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, LettuceEats may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
