Thanks to you all at WLOS and I enjoy it at home just as well.Freezes after 2-3 min of news Refresh does not work Forces restart for more ad But it is the same ad for app STIRR (will NEVER get) OVER and OVER again Apparently they haven't figured how to make the ad run in between videos like CBS NEWS app (sadly no local NC coverage)this app sucks!!! it's always got old news, it keeps old stuff up, the only thing I use is weather, but there are apps that use less memory, and actually is more accurate locally, I'm uninstalling.

2. Please add the dark background option.Too many commercials and very short Live portion.You changed the feed style and it's so much harder to read!After this last update the ability to go full screen on the weather update video was removed and no more zooming in on pictures.

3. weather bug is a great app, or weather channel app is great, this app sucks a fattie, also, how does it rate this app over a 4 star app? most reviews says it sucks? how did they get such a high star rating???? maybe the Clinton Foundation made the app, and Bill and Hillary just did ratings?Pretty crappy.

4. I don't understand why you would take away features needed for us to be able to see these better??I was able to follow local news and weather while on a recent trip to Baltimore.

5. I like WLOS for their local news, but thus problem has me wanting to uninstall this app.App updated recently and is very harsh bright white.

6. Only use it because it's local news.no longer able to swipe through ads without it being selected.

7. In the lastest update of the android version of this app, the video freezes.

8. It was really great keeping up with the news and seeing my favorite personalities each day.

9. The audio continues to play, but the video freezes until you touch the image, then it plays for a few seconds, then freezes again.

10. It made my stay a lot easier for the four weeks I was gone on business.

1. Fix WLOS ABC13 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart WLOS ABC13: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the WLOS ABC13 App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WLOS ABC13" » Open WLOS ABC13 » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WLOS ABC13 » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear WLOS ABC13 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WLOS ABC13 servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WLOS ABC13" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check WLOS ABC13 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WLOS ABC13 might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall WLOS ABC13. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WLOS ABC13 then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WLOS ABC13 not working
