1. New version of app does not present a common presentation and changes from one platform to another. The one key benefit is a great and easy method to request medical records via app, instan without hassle, the only facility to offer such a fantastic option that doesn't require physical mail.
2. So what's the point, why not have all the options on the main page? I also can never find how to add a doctor and has problems sometimes with UCLA having the system joined so I can't get all my test results for example because it says iy is having problems.
3. No option to save the user's written, outbound message contact made to the facility long term. There are some really great features in this app, but overshadowing them all is the constant request for location information.
4. By the way if the patient is not tech competent or need help, s/he can share access with someone trusted.I also find the opening page after logging in useless because you can't click on any of those subjects.
5. I also have my medical records and test results easily accessible.
6. The financial statements give no information or nondescript information about charges on the billing and in some cases it does not state who provided service and/or for what services were provided and when (it does know how to ask for and take money).
7. And the test results there's really not a great explanation.Fantastic tool.
8. There have been times that I would have liked to rate the app as I was using it because right now I can't remember my recent frustrations.I just upgraded my phone from a Samsung Galaxy S8 to a Samsung Galaxy S10.
9. Think if you are sick, how can you remember your password? I want my data secure and I also need to have easy access.
10. It sure beats having to call, be placed on hold, and be subjected to the torture of that repetitious music.
11. It doesn't let you access the main screen without enabling it, then when you do enable it you can't see your messages.
