1. Try to watch a show and half way through at the end of a commercial segment, it freezes, I wait for it to continue, but instead I get a cue its having a problem connecting.
2. But I can't watch them because the commercials freeze up till they kick a error message.
3. I spent over 10 minutes trying to watch just 3 minutes of a show I'd missed - but with all the pauses and skips, I still didn't even get 100% of those 3 minutes.
4. It freezes a lot despite having a very strong connection (all other streaming apps work fine), and I'm often forced to close and reopen the app to get it to work again only to be forced to watch the same ads that already played.
5. I have zero desire to watch football on this app but there doesn't seem to be any way to circumvent the issue, which makes it impossible to watch anything.This app made me upload the latest version before it would let me stream any shows.
6. It buffers almost every ten seconds, so that a single sentence is not discernable, and continues until the app gives up and the message pops up that an error has occurred and the video cannot be shown.
7. But that also means when you scrub forward to find where you left off, it forces you to watch 5 commercials.
8. You have to sit through commercials, then try to guess where you were and once you get there you get to watch a ton more commercials, or watch the whole thing from the beginning and wish upon a star you don't get cut off in the middle again.
9. The app interrupts video playback about 30 seconds into any given episode with a message about adding location data to access NFL games.
10. An hour long show may take me an hour and a half to watch.
11. This is the very worse network app I have ever used.This app sucks, it stops working halfway through a show and you can't resume it where it left off once you get the app reloaded.
I purchased the Paramount Plus app on a monthly billing through my appleID and it shows my account is current and paid but I cannot access the viewing because it doesn’t recognize my password. When I ask to update the password and include the email-I don’t receive a “password update” email so that I may be able to login. This has gone on since August and I’m confused who I can talk to to fix this issue. Please let me know so I may view shows using the app.
