1. Overall very pleased.This app makes my life so quick and easy when I need to put together a quick flier, invitation, etc! Its easy to maneuver around and there are plenty of options for styles and looks! I just wish you could makeover an existing Pic Collage and save it as a new one so your old one didn't get lost! I've been using it for several years now!I love PicCollage most because I'm just starting a new business and, of course, trying to cut costs & save money wherever & whenever possible! A friend told me to use the app to send electronic business cards:with a discount for the first appointment them! It has been Great! 2. As I was looking at the options deciding which one I might be interested in purchasing & if it was worth the price...I noticed that the reduced price is that they have also not included all of the items!!! 😤 Really?!?!?! Not such a SALE!!!! NICE TRICK PICCOLLAGE!!!I absolutely love this app.

3. However, there seems to be a glitch where the text color cannot be changed from anything but black or white, as well as the option for outlining text cannot be disengaged.

1. Fix PicCollage Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PicCollage: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PicCollage App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PicCollage" » Open PicCollage: Photo Grid Editor » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PicCollage » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PicCollage: Photo Grid Editor app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PicCollage servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PicCollage: Photo Grid Editor" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PicCollage app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PicCollage might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PicCollage. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PicCollage then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PicCollage not working

2. Fix PicCollage Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PicCollage be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PicCollage not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PicCollage may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
