1. Please address the functionality issues! It would be a great app if it wasn't consistently broken.I live the facility and what the app has to offer, but when writing messages to care team, it freezes up, and types about 1 character every 5 seconds.
2. Like I said, good app and no issues otherwise, I have had it for maybe a year or so now.First of all, Carbon provides consistently great urgent care.
3. Either your app is insecure, in which case you shouldn't send be sending me a radiology report stating I have a broken clavicle in the app, or it's secure in which case you should provide the actual images. Both times I have tried to make an appointment on this app, it allows me to choose "Pay with Insurance".
4. Terrible.Carbon Health itself is a great service with convenient, capable and kind providers, but I want to join the chorus of people saying this app is unusable.
5. This is ridiculous, all I need is an appointment and they're making it impossible to get the care I need.Experience here's terrible.
6. After choosing Get care, then Coronavirus testing, it asks "what brings you in" and the only thing displayed onscreen is "common reasons", but there are no selectable options onscreen and I cannot proceed.
7. I like Carbon, but the app is super slow and buggy! I'm on an S23, super fast phone, and scrolling through the pages is just laggy as can be and barely usable.
8. Scrolling up in a chat history, and trying to make an appointment using the map are two things that are impossible due to lag.
9. I'm sure it just technicals issues....everything else about carbon is Phenominal, this is just my experience with the app.
10. It will show appointment times available early, but not a single location ever has corresponding timeslots to what the app says once it goes to any of the nearby locations.
11. I ended up needing to call my health care professionals more than I did prior to having the app.
Under CCPA I don’t need to provide a reason for my request

Hello, I have jumped through more hoops than I can count to try and contact you guys. At this point, I am very frustrated with your customer service as you seem to make it impossible to reach anyone. I have been with Carbon health for a week or two now and do not want to participate any longer. I searched “how to stop Carbon Heath text messages” and followed the instructions by texting “STOP”. I did that. 5 TIMES. And it did not work. All I would like is to delete my account and for you to take me off the mailing list. Thank you for your time, Emily Ozrey
