1. The app doesn't even remember your preferred location, so you have to be careful you are ordering from the correct location...if you can even place an order.You are unable to update your profile info or add a new payment option.

2. I change email and pass and setup totally new account, get my order through.. and next minute I want to log in and try it again and guess what... it does not recognize MY NEWLY ESTABLISHED AND WORKING PASSWORD.

3. I went to Herndon and Palm to retrieve my food and they said they can cancel the order from the other restaurant and resubmitted to this location.

4. Ordering online was the only way I would go to this place, so they have lost a customer until this issue is fixed.Does anyone read those reviews?? Came on guys!! This silly app DOES NOT WORK most of the times! It does not recognize my password.

5. Why make this an andriod app if I can't use a very basic android function? Please update (Samsung S8 Active)Freezes when you try to add your card so you can never order through the app.

6. I selected the Friant location for my order, but the confirmation gave me the Clovis address for the pick-up location.

7. I used it three times and on the third time my order went to the other restaurant.

8. What a horrible experience! I see the charge for the first order is already pending on my card.

1. Fix Butterfish Poke Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Butterfish Poke: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Butterfish Poke App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Butterfish Poke" » Open Butterfish Poke » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Butterfish Poke » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Butterfish Poke app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Butterfish Poke servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Butterfish Poke" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
