1. when the app works, (4 times in the last year for me, with 3 errors that prevented me from placing order) the menu and order customizations work well.My family goes to Buona fairly often.

2. I click on yes but it randomly puts ONLY one item from my last order into my cart.I can order my food easily, but when it is made incorrectly, there is no one to tell.This app is designed to avoid the customers.

3. It isn't helpful, it's just annoying to have to close 5 ad windows to add 5 things to my cart.The app has been abandoned!!!Needs update as you can see by the last update date! Used to work but just loads a white screen.

4. Whenever I attempt to put in an order and apply a reward, I get a message stating "No payment information found" after choosing or entering a valid card and hitting the "Place Order" button.

1. Fix Buona Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Buona: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Buona App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Buona" » Open Buona » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Buona » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Buona app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Buona servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Buona" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Buona app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Buona might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Buona. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Buona then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Buona not working

2. Fix Buona Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Buona be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Buona not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Buona may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
