1. The app has a long-standing bug that can cause it to always crash when you first open it, and requires you to uninstall and reinstall as a workaround. The app just randomly came down with a bug? I didn't even update the app recently, somehow even without an update there is a bug that caused it to stop working.
2. Update: Uninstalled, then re-installed and seems to have fixed the problem. We were promised a UI revamp more then a year ago when it was sold to the condo board and the only tiny update to amenities they did broke it more instead of making it better.
3. Every time I try to open it, the app crashes.App is not usable as of now, constantly crushing on Android, Galaxy S22 Ultra, last update installed.
4. But suddenly stopped working with a message that the app has a bug and that developer has to fix itNew update crashes on launch.
5. We get an auto fail and close of the app with a warning to update after the developer has fixed the bug.!!! Please fix this.... Found a solution.
6. Do they even test their updates before pushing them? The app itself is limited and ridiculous to use the website for more functionality but that's the problem, so why the app (which constantly fails)? Have to clear app storage and login again to use.
7. EDIT: The generic response kindof makes it worse... Next time just ignore or give a useful responseHave used it consistently for the past 3 months to book amenities in my building.
8. Only an uninstall/reinstall fixed that problem.Constantly fails to open after app updates are issued.
9. BuildingLink is of limited value to building residents, so not many in our building use it, and as a result there's very little added user generated content.
10. This means your update corrupts the storage of the app.
11. Shows a list of folders with some information in each, and allows a few things to be entered—a simplified version of the BuildingLink web app.
