Why should I report an Issue with BUFF?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Buff Technologies ltd. to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Dont waste your time hoping that you will get a gift card cuz u definatly wont be able to.I have a lot buff coins but can't reedem anything because everything rans out of stock 1 sec after restock all my buff points been the same for the last 4 months trying to reedem one thing.

2. The buff mobile app in particular? Hot garbage, they just updated it and now there's 2 menus with exactly the same options, and they removed the option to spin the wheel and get Buffs? Also when I close the app the app's logo haunts me and blocks part of my screen.. I don't even know how such a bug is possible, might have nothing to do with Buff but since the app is hot garbage, I wouldn't bet on it.The desktop version is great but the app version is just a nightmare... Three games only which is also fine.

3. Also trying to figure out where the games it tracks are and to see the challenges for said games.Buff? Very nice, I get an amazon gift card every month and I love the app.

4. Overall not worth it.waited more than a year with points waiting to be able to buy a single damn giftcard, but for more than 2M users they only have 1 giftcard each day.

5. I play games daily and complete at least 3 missions a day and all weekly missions and have made no progress.

1. Fix BUFF Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart BUFF: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the BUFF App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BUFF" » Open BUFF » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BUFF » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear BUFF app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BUFF servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BUFF" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check BUFF app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BUFF might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall BUFF. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BUFF then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BUFF not working

2. Fix BUFF Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BUFF be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BUFF not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BUFF may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
