1. Keep getting "an error occurred" for some time now and on my last visit, we spent over $200 and for some reason, i didn't get any points for that visit after the waitress entered in my phone number.

2. Still show up for the wings though, so there's that...The app keeps crashing as I'm trying to claim my rewards points from a $55.08 receipt.

3. Now it just crashes whenever I go to scan receipt window, which makes claiming point from receipt impossible (since you have to press scan receipt window first to go to manual input, but app is crashed by then).

4. Half the time only 90% of words show up (menu displays as men, see pictures) sluggish as all get out, to go from top to bottom of menu takes 10 tries to scroll.

5. You lose points due to the lag in displaying the question as well as the lag time when hitting the answer.

6. Probably half of the time we've activated an offer, it doesn't show up when the wait staff ring it up.

7. Also, numerous times, I've got enough trivia point to win a food prize but did not receive it in my rewards account.

8. Trying to figure out how to use rewards is awful and BWW staff aren't trained on it.

9. You choose the rewards you want to redeem and the items aren't put in a bag to check-out with.

10. Please fix so we can all redeem rewards!!!App is too laggy to play trivia.

11. Every time I try to play trivia I have to clear storage so it won't lag.
