1. This app detects location, why don't you select area, zila, upazilla, ward etc based on the location? Update: Thanks for fixing upazilla issue Plz add risk mapdont get e chance on how to use the apps! because after the installation every time i try to register then apps always crashed.

2. I hope that they'll increase their workforce more & more.Need to update for often, also the gender selection part is not working properly, even if I select "woman" it shows "man", could be better if fix all these bugsI am very surprised and interested to give more and more information in it.

3. The app doesn't worth that much money.Not so good way to ask all symptom by 1 question, people may have partial or full symptom, so pls modify the app and go by single question, and should also ask travel history and foreign people meeting history too.

4. After selecting dhaka south City corporation and filling all forms when I try to submit, it says "select upazila" there is no place to select it.

5. So for this is my rating, good luck to others who are able to use it properly, i think its an update issue!!This app is awesome.

6. They even send me a phone call just to inform my physical & mental health so that I could ask them any way for a diagnose or doctor service.

1. Fix CoronaBD Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart CoronaBD: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CoronaBD App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CoronaBD" » Open CoronaBD » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CoronaBD » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CoronaBD app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CoronaBD servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CoronaBD" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CoronaBD app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CoronaBD might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall CoronaBD. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CoronaBD then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CoronaBD not working

2. Fix CoronaBD Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CoronaBD be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CoronaBD not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CoronaBD may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
