1. First of all, while trying to watch a movie on my tv, I would like to disable closed caption, as soon as you do that it boots you out of the app to my fire stick home screen (EVERYTIME)!! Another issue is that it's hard Rew or FF what you're watching.

1. Fix Brown Sugar Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Brown Sugar: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Brown Sugar App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Brown Sugar" » Open Brown Sugar » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Brown Sugar » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Brown Sugar app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Brown Sugar servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Brown Sugar" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Brown Sugar app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Brown Sugar might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Brown Sugar. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Brown Sugar then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Brown Sugar not working
