1. A waste of time.This isn't a knock on Bounce.... only the app! This is one of the weirdest apps .... why doesn't it have a rewind and fast forward option? I've tried several times to add shows to my favorites and can't! And most importantly it doesn't give the option to pick up where you left off!What good is an app if it doesn't allow you to view new shows from its network? I pay for Bounce through Verizon.

2. Every time I turn bounce on and watch last half of a movie I go tothe schedule and look for title so next time I can catch it from beginning.

3. But unlike my other channels, Bounce doesn't have the new shows on their app.

4. I guess for people who are really into those shows, that might be good enough & it's content likely not available in other apps.. Just too limited to be of much value, in my opinion.

5. All programs listed in the app are not viewable for example: Off The Chain, One Love, My Crazy Roommate.There is a link for movies on the app, but it doesn't go to anything.

6. The advertisement freezes at 10 seconds and it does not allow you to move pass that it and I can't match the rest of the show.

7. How can I match the rest of the show? This happens on each one of the shows, not just one.

8. No previous seasons to catch up.. no "classics".. pretty much only the popular shows of this channel & their most recent episodes.

1. Fix Bounce TV Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Bounce TV: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Bounce TV App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Bounce TV" » Open Bounce TV » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Bounce TV » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Bounce TV app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Bounce TV servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Bounce TV" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Bounce TV app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Bounce TV might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Bounce TV. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Bounce TV then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Bounce TV not working

2. Fix Bounce TV Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Bounce TV be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Bounce TV not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Bounce TV may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
