1. Each morning, you can share important notes about your child’s day before arrival (like how well your child slept or whether they finished breakfast) to help your child’s teacher provide the best possible care.
2. You’ll also receive developmental observations from your child’s teachers about how your child is learning, growing, playing, and developing new skills.
3. If you can’t check the app regularly, read the daily report – a summary of all the care events, developmental observations, and notes that were entered for your child that day.
4. A timeline view lets you see your child’s naptimes, meals, and other care events as the day goes on.
5. Calendar reminders will help you stay up to date on center events, classroom activities, due dates, and supplies to bring in for your child.
6. Set an ETA within the app to let your child’s teachers know when you’ll be at the center for morning arrival or afternoon pickup.
7. Your child’s care is our first priority, so updates are made as time allows throughout the day.
8. A group view lets you see care events grouped by type so that you can quickly see a summary of all naps, meals etc.
9. You will receive real-time updates about how your child is doing and what they are learning to help you stay connected.
10. Find all the information you need – naptimes, diaper changes, photos, and documentation on your child’s development – right at your fingertips.
11. Get photos and videos of your child’s day in class and access them at any time in the Memories section—you can also save your favorites to your phone or tablet.
1. This new version is prettier, but it is still flooding our email with dozens of email notifications everyday, even though we turned off email notifications in the settings! Also, they removed the feature to download pictures of your child, which is a baffling decision.
2. (I've been using the app for 10 months.)The premise of this app is great, but it forces me to login every single time the app opens (which is a lot if you've enabled the notifications!).
3. Bump up to 4 stars! More communication capabilities between parents and teachers would make it a 5.I use the app because I have to for my child's daycare, but it's not intuitive, takes too much time to refresh, and the UI was clearly an after thought.
4. I have no idea what's going on throughout the day, can't mark my child absent, or send drop off notes for three weeks now.
5. Needs a lot of design and content work.My husband and I were both kicked out of the app and have been trying to log back in for three weeks now.
6. Meaning, if the teachers are inputting information and pictures it's great (and ours do a good job).
7. Specific problems I have encountered: it will stop updating, it will not let me put info in the Notes because it is endlessly "refreshing", it won't even open the Notes or journal log, and on and on, not always all together.
8. It will work great for weeks and then suddenly stop working.
9. The drop-off notes screen indicates it's ready for input, but I still get an error notice that I need to wait to input.
10. I contacted my school, who has been waiting for help from IT for almost two weeks to get it fixed.
11. Previous food options aren't saved, so I have to re-enter "carrots/broccoli" "sandwich" everyday.
