1. Buffering problem is solved now.But this app doesn’t have dark mode feature.please add this feature if possible.It will make the app more better and user friendly.A good variation of movies especially bangla dubbed movies, korean dramas etc.

2. I bought the prime pass and when I open the prime channels it's really bad that there are like only 5-6 channels on prime pass and not so relevant.

3. Clear Bioscope LIVE app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Bioscope LIVE servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Bioscope LIVE" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Bioscope LIVE app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Bioscope LIVE might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Bioscope LIVE. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Bioscope LIVE then reinstall.
