Why should I report an Issue with Block TV?

1. It looks like it has some good programs on there but they have a buffering issue and it sucks!Very inconsistent, need to update, but the update sent doesn't work.

2. The down fall it buffers way to much, website is under construction so no help and tons of emails stating to download another app because this one isn't supported , or delete app , download again, update app and then it kicks you out of update continuously.

3. If you don't have blocktv then I can only surmise that you've never heard of it or you'd rather pay the exorbitant cost of cable tv and get fewer channels and poorer service.The app keeps buffering, and then it totally goes black.

4. At first it was working great on my android and once the update came out all went downhill.

1. Fix Block TV Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Block TV: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Block TV App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Block TV" » Open Block TV » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Block TV » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Block TV app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Block TV servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Block TV" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Block TV app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Block TV might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Block TV. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Block TV then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Block TV not working

2. Fix Block TV Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Block TV be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Block TV not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Block TV may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
