DVORA Customer Insights

1. They won't even talk to you unless it is through the chat on the app, which does not work (so it takes months to resolve anything).Half the time it works, half the time it won't let you login and tells you you have no apartment on file.

2. This isn't a great app and there isn't a strong alternative to talk to the property owners about things.

3. They address and resolve bugs when you mention them but the bugs happen so often that using this app is unreliable.

4. They force you to use this app for everything from rent payment to keys and it DOES NOT WORK.

5. This is great for remote unlocking your apartment and amenity reservation.

6. Everything else, not so much.Do not rent from Dvora ever.

7. Notifications are on, but I never receive any.
