1. VERY simple to understand AND use, fun to look @ all of its options and tells me important details like: the library's hours, schedule of upcoming events (as well as, those details, as well)?! 😁 😉I keep trying to hold a book and all I get is spinning.

2. This is the second time I have cast off this library's app, which is baffling because the library is notorious for providing patrons with superb resources.LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the KC Library app.

3. It also keeps track of your preferred library.Still a struggle to use this app over just using the website.

4. This happens way too often and the staff should be trained on how to assist with an outage.I like that you can keep track of what you already read and you can put holds on books from the app.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix KC Library Issues

1. Fix KC Library Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart KC Library: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the KC Library App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "KC Library" » Open KC Library » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for KC Library » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear KC Library app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from KC Library servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "KC Library" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check KC Library app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, KC Library might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall KC Library. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall KC Library then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing KC Library not working


2. Fix KC Library Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make KC Library be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to KC Library not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
