1. You've got to do better.HI I'm a beta tester (Group 4) ! I love the Idea of the app but I have a bug thats a littke frustrating 😅 My profile says I only have 3 shouts but i have about 10 or so? Looking forward to any feedback! It looks great compared to when I first joined to Im excited for it to become even better !Its slow and there is some issues, like signing issues and responding shout outs.

2. All in all I believe it doing good so far.Its slow and there's needs to be a live feature there's trouble loading the page as wellSo far it won't open.

3. Plus, i'm a business and theres no way for me contact the office to push Ads or even push parternship with them.For an app that was recently created, I feel like it's doing pretty good there is some bugs here and there.

4. It feels like a beginner developer made it or they directly ported the iOS app to Android without changes.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix B-Heard Issues

1. Fix B-Heard Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart B-Heard: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the B-Heard App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "B-Heard" » Open B-Heard » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for B-Heard » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear B-Heard app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from B-Heard servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "B-Heard" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check B-Heard app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, B-Heard might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall B-Heard. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall B-Heard then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing B-Heard not working


2. Fix B-Heard Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make B-Heard be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to B-Heard not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, B-Heard may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
