1. Fedilab is a multifunctional Android client to access the distributed Fediverse, consisting of micro blogging, photo sharing and video hosting.

Also tied to all the features, I wish there was a way to hold press on some buttons and get a hover over type label or description, sometimes it's hard to guess what a button is meant to do.Great Mastodon client that misses a few usability marks for me, but otherwise it's incredibly feature rich and customizable.

It's useless to me to be notified for that and it triggers the same notification I get for receiving a 'favorite' or comment, and since my custom notification sound for that is super loud and obnoxious, it gets old fast when I hear it every time I save a media file.It's by far the most effective Android experience for using Mastodon today.

3. Some of the features (like pop ups) use black text colour and don't automatically switch to a lighter colour if you're in dark mode so there are some visibility/readability issues.After trying the other Android options, this is hands down the best.

4. If I use the drop-down menu to select it, it will remove the bubble that shows (😆 1) leaving nothing there.A bit cluttered but Feature Packed, definitely delivers more of Mastodon's full feature set than any other app.

5. Editing posts, image loading, update profile, altext, dark mode, filters, CW, # following, # searching, mute, block.

6. It's super feature rich otherwise, and works very well, I especially love way it treats lists as first class timelines!Updated from a 2.x version today.

1. Fix Fedilab Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Fedilab: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Fedilab App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Fedilab" » Open Fedilab » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Fedilab » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Fedilab app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Fedilab servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Fedilab" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Fedilab app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Fedilab might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Fedilab. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Fedilab then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Fedilab not working

2. Fix Fedilab Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Fedilab be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Fedilab not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Fedilab may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
