1. Would love to see custom lists feature built-in to the app instead of it being a "webpage." The other problem of webpages in the app is that after you browse an item and go back to the "webpage" list, it will only load halfway and freeze.
2. One thing I would recommend is making it a little easier to search and find results for other pickup locations.
3. I know I can entirely disable notifications from the app from my phone settings, but that's the nuclear option, and not everyone knows about it.When clicking on checkout the app refreshes and then loops back to the same page, making it literally unusable.
4. If this is the ONLY app for the card, then make it function like a credit card app or have a page dedicated to the card that it easy to navigate to, check the balance, make payments, charge.
5. Or show those items seperately at the bottom of the search results.Overall a great way to browse items online and in-store.
6. Unless I missed something, it just lists all nearby stores whether it has item in stock or not and you have to scroll through them to find one.For a company that sells new tech you'd expect they'd at least have a functioning app, but that is not the case here.
7. I also cannot tap on any search results that pop up, and searching within the app is sssllllooooowwwwww (my wifi connection is fine and I have a fast phone).
8. The only time it seems to work is if I click on a notification that leads me directly into a page.
9. If I try to use it on any public wifi it will get stuck in a log-in loop and force me to reset my password each time.
10. Check out how Discover card does it... Or Capital One app.This app can be very handy when it works properly.
