1. "I can do that plank for 30 seconds compared to barely being able to to 15 when I started"It's a good app because there is more than one area you can choose to focus on however the timer is much faster than usual exercising apps.. and you might feel pressured to rush and do the exercises incorrectly in order to keep up with the amount of exercises you'd need to do in a specific amount if time!I would have given it 5 stars except I believe it can be further improved.

I also find the steps are completely of track and this I also overlook as I am using this app for HIIT not step countEverytime I use this app I see results, not immediately but it's very evident over time, it's great for all types of people especially when you are a beginner, there are 4 minute workouts that are extremely effective, I would highly recommend this appworkouts are quick and fast, which is great when you don't have tons of time to devote to workouts.
3. for improvement, can we get an update where we can customize our own training plan by selecting certain exercises from the app? and also, the "no jumping mode" to replace the exercises which require jumping? a big thanks in advance and keep it up!My first day with the app and so far I'm loving it.
4. Feel the burn!I just love this app, I have been using the 30 day exercises times them by 3 for extra and do them mostly everyday (15mins a day) .
5. It's freaking fast during the workout and the interval I had to pause a lot to read first what's the next step or to finish my own steps.
6. I have installed many apps and deleted them immediately after having a glance at it because they were not worth wasting time on.

8. I am just over halfway Have lost 4kgs and definitely toned up to the point of people commenting and I can feel my muscles.
9. I like this app, overall.The workout plans are good but only slack is the timer.
10. If not, I couldn't even catch my breath it was like a fast forward exercisesOut of the 20 other fitness apps I have on my phone, this is hands down the best.
11. I haven't missed a workout yet due to there short length.
