Why should I report an Issue with BEARWWW: Gay Dating app & Chat?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. My suggestion is to allow the user to go back to the old version, at least until all the issues and bugs of the new app are worked out.Another update and still unable to add more pictures.

I'll reevaluate when they fix some of these issues, but as of now I'm hugely dissatisfied and negatively impacted by this, but since I don't pay for it, well ya get what you pay for.I don't recommend this app, so once you have created the account you are not allowed to do nothing, and when I log out It didn't let me log in again, and I was trying to delete the account and its coming up a red message saying you are not authorized to do this action.

3. Congratulations keep up the good workNo users nearby, and unable to change from metric to imperial measures.It's no surprise 4 anyone at all, how oftenly we do have deal with the uncountable issues, particularly from each dating app.

4. If u mention the name of a competing app in a personal text message it replaces it with a pig face interrupting the convo.The update really is awful.

5. I'm so glad I didn't opt to pay for this AP with all the problemsForced update now the app unexpectedly quits.

6. Yet another update today and still unable to add pictures!!! Another update today and now the AP is unusable.

7. Also sent an email and still hasn't been responded, be awere this app is not secure.I just liked the original version on my browser.

8. While they revamped it with a new cool looking interface, you can no longer view more than 3 of your favorited profiles nor remove favorites without paying for a premium membership.

9. I can access the site on my PC, but on my mobile it says incorrect username or password.

10. I keep password saved but it forgot it I guess so i have to reset it cuz i have now forgot it too.

1. Fix BEARWWW Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart BEARWWW: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the BEARWWW App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BEARWWW" » Open BEARWWW: Gay Dating app & Chat » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BEARWWW » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear BEARWWW: Gay Dating app & Chat app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BEARWWW servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BEARWWW: Gay Dating app & Chat" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check BEARWWW app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BEARWWW might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall BEARWWW. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BEARWWW then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BEARWWW not working

2. Fix BEARWWW Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BEARWWW be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BEARWWW not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BEARWWW may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
