1. Navigation is unreliable (back button could undo several steps), text cut off and unreadable on service codes in provider search, editing appointment request details nullified everything, and now the contact info confirmation screen insists I haven't filled in required fields when nothing changed from the first attempt.
2. When will your app work correctly so I can log my challenges daily? It has been almost four months since I posted this review and no one from Florida Blue has noticed.
3. Doesn't load pages when I need it to, and the app crasges every time im trying to search providers.
4. I do t think they are listening.Chronically unstable app that crashes over and over just by trying to use its basic functions, for instance, viewing invoices and payment history.
5. Update almost a year later and it's still slow and now half the time doesn't even open to something that you can use.
6. And its always.saying Florida Blue Blue Shield Blue Cross has Stopped Working.
7. It constantly crashes, it is slow as can be, you can't make payments because it crashes you can't look at your invoices because it crashes and it's been doing this for quite a while now.
8. 2021: It's okay, doesn't want to load information half the time.
9. I find Florida Blue to be unserious about fixing it.
10. I hope the app doesn't reflect on the quality of service I'll get...The app is really slow and doesn't respond.
11. When I log onto a browser, the provider search takes you to an error page.
