Overall best experience.Very excellent update please add font size as well as font change (different fonts)I use your your app for few years I love itThe recent update in interface of this news app is very pathetic, photographs do not appear, instead only captions appear, the links to various news headings in the middle of the news do not work, it has become difficult to find links to old news.

I request that ads having nude nature may be displayed after the approval of user...Good and reliable news app.... but there should be proper columns like India, Pakistan, Kashmir, not like column Pakistan and inside news is from Kashmir, and also App's DP name should be (BBC urdu) not only (اردو)... ThanksI love the app, but suddenly there is a VOA everywhere, I cannot see any other news.

3. Once downloaded, the news should stay inside app, even when offline.I installed this application months back and it is a platform where I can read national and international news as well as some of the research articles and other material of interest.

1. Fix UNews Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart UNews: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the UNews App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "UNews" » Open UNews: Urdu News » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for UNews » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear UNews: Urdu News app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from UNews servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "UNews: Urdu News" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check UNews app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, UNews might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall UNews. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall UNews then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing UNews not working

2. Fix UNews Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make UNews be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to UNews not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, UNews may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
