1. It was good when i first got app but got the last update and now it sucks!!!I like being able to go to my phone wherever I am watching my local news and weather.

2. Dont waste your time or patience on this one.I've watched this app since it's release in 2012, been stellar.... Until last update.. Boy, not sure what they did when refreshing this app but its far from fresh... Can no longer watch landscape mode during live TV for one... For two, the lay out is very different and at times hard to understand or use.

3. And the third is the buffering.... Can't even watch an episode of news without the circle of death.... I'm local and an avid News consumer but this is absolutely ridiculous, please, please fixYou can't just watch a news video.

4. Lots of advertisements, including ad videos that automatically play.I changed my news station to 7&4 , it's more Accurate then 9&10, ( 40 year with) even the new daily covid numbers are way off from each other and I don't need any businesses to sugarcoat those numbers.

5. Worse app ever, when going back to watch preciously aired shows ( live) they dont even give there own news, they use clips from other stations.

6. Why even offer an app if they dont show local news,( in there area) Bad app I do not recommend it.

7. So you have to rewatch the ads over and over to watch all of the news.

8. Duh!I enjoyed this news app until I got bombarded with Trump ads in every news story and on their main page.

9. Also, when there is a live broadcast, you miss the beginning of it because you must watch the same ads before you can start the live feed.

1. Fix UpNorthLive Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart UpNorthLive: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the UpNorthLive App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "UpNorthLive" » Open UpNorthLive » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for UpNorthLive » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear UpNorthLive app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from UpNorthLive servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "UpNorthLive" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check UpNorthLive app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, UpNorthLive might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall UpNorthLive. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall UpNorthLive then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing UpNorthLive not working

2. Fix UpNorthLive Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make UpNorthLive be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to UpNorthLive not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, UpNorthLive may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
