2. Why have a background remover if the thing cannot work in a perfect Internet connection?I have been using this app for years but I prefer the old version over the new one because the trademark (Pokecut) displayed is too big and bothers me to edit photos.

4. I wished it was a little more precise with background removals like Photoroom & Pixelcut as several photos are left with me having to refine edges & fill in blank spots.

5. This app could be a real savior if permitted larger than 1200x1200 pixel size to save.After a minute of getting through the confusing menu, I finally got to the place to remove a background.

11. It seems like when i go back and forth between erase and restore that the edges kinda pop back up after i just erased them.. Which makes me have to go back and forth a lil... But i suppose AI improves on its own over time as it learns.

1. Fix AI Background Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart AI Background: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the AI Background App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AI Background" » Open AI Background - Pokecut Studio » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AI Background » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear AI Background - Pokecut Studio app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AI Background servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AI Background - Pokecut Studio" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check AI Background app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AI Background might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall AI Background. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AI Background then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AI Background not working

2. Fix AI Background Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AI Background be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AI Background not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AI Background may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
