1. Very frustrating!My Doctor hooked me my health spot this is one app for everyone you can teleconference your doctor as I did recently with my doctor also you can see your medical records perception history its worth and your doctor office will notify you when your scripts have been called in wonderful app wonderful you can even make online appointments check with your dr first to see if or she uses this app and if not tell your doctors about itI can't get the app to work today.

2. It is the only e-mail I have.This app will not cooperate with my login information and l can't login to telehealth visits and continue to lock me outCan sign in and I can't get a password very frustrating.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix myHealthspot Issues

1. Fix myHealthspot Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart myHealthspot: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the myHealthspot App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "myHealthspot" » Open myHealthspot » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for myHealthspot » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear myHealthspot app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from myHealthspot servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "myHealthspot" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check myHealthspot app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, myHealthspot might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall myHealthspot. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall myHealthspot then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing myHealthspot not working


2. Fix myHealthspot Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make myHealthspot be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to myHealthspot not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, myHealthspot may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
