I noticed dat once u close d app or update it ur previous play list is gone and replaced with new ones which u may not like 😒 again I noticed the current playlist doesn't show play▶ signs 4u to know when searching for other options to play▶ I updated the app yet no difference-The app is easy to use -It has customer service which clients not to stuck -I love this app it contains news ,sports and other apps inside it.

2. The new (updated) app is fine ... But I was able to play some songs I found on some of the different music channels before but now I can't find nor play them anymore but I'm being referred to another app that I can't even find with the available link on play store.

Fix this and I'll give you 5 stars.The app isn't good enough, searched for Davido(our common artiste) and it couldn't get a search result and I was like wow.

1. Fix Ayoba Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ayoba: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ayoba App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ayoba" » Open Ayoba - Chat.Games.News.Music » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ayoba » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Ayoba - Chat.Games.News.Music app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ayoba servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Ayoba - Chat.Games.News.Music" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ayoba app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ayoba might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ayoba. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ayoba then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ayoba not working

2. Fix Ayoba Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ayoba be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ayoba not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ayoba may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
