1. Ask to do new password, put phone number in and it says it sending a temp code, never comes, try it so many times, app may not be connected with the company computers some how.I just dont get it, as a foreigner you can use your homeland passport to purchase a phone and sim, the same phone was stolen and in order to get the sim replaced they need Mexican documents oryou can purchase another new sim with your passport but you cant replace unless you have a Mexican ID.

3. Please do something useful and hire competent developers.here is the problem the app is just fine the problem is I dont have very much memory on my phone and it really sucks that I cant do Anything online without downloaded a stupid app I hardly use and dont have any room on my phone for.

4. After the update it wouldn't open, then there was another update and now it does open but all in white, I cant see how many megabytes I have which is really uncomfortable because I use my cellphone for work.Never had problems with this app before now.

1. Fix Mi Unefon Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Mi Unefon: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Mi Unefon App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Mi Unefon" » Open Mi Unefon » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Mi Unefon » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Mi Unefon app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Mi Unefon servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Mi Unefon" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Mi Unefon app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Mi Unefon might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Mi Unefon. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Mi Unefon then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Mi Unefon not working

2. Fix Mi Unefon Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Mi Unefon be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Mi Unefon not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Mi Unefon may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
