Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix GTV Live Issues
1. Fix GTV Live Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart GTV Live: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the GTV Live App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GTV Live" » Open GTV Live » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GTV Live » click "UPDATE".
- Clear GTV Live app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GTV Live servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GTV Live" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check GTV Live app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GTV Live might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall GTV Live. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GTV Live then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GTV Live not working
2. Fix GTV Live Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make GTV Live be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
