Why should I report an Issue with Tacter LoR - Meta Decks for Legends of Runeterra?

But it's out of date by almost 2 months.. if there was at least a monthly update on decks etc this would immediately be 5 stars.This app is really outdated for example, it's tell me lee sin is a 6 mana card when he's a 4 mana or you have builds that were top teir when bilgwater expansion came out.Amazing App so far, it will be even better with the new expansions! Keep up with good work!Cant copy deck code without viewing an ad but the ad won't play so instead you can't copy anything.

2. This app is great, I use it all the time! But it needs a lot more decks, and if in time there are more decks, maybe a search feature in the decks section.Great app.

3. Totally worth your 60mb of space.It would be also great if you could show the best decks for each region and not only the best decks in general.

1. Fix Tacter LoR Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Tacter LoR: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Tacter LoR App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Tacter LoR" » Open Tacter LoR - Meta Decks for Legends of Runeterra » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Tacter LoR » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Tacter LoR - Meta Decks for Legends of Runeterra app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Tacter LoR servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Tacter LoR - Meta Decks for Legends of Runeterra" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Tacter LoR app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Tacter LoR might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Tacter LoR. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Tacter LoR then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Tacter LoR not working

2. Fix Tacter LoR Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Tacter LoR be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Tacter LoR not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Tacter LoR may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
