Why should I report an Issue with ARLOOPA: AR Camera 3D Scanner?

1. Once dragged to a distance, some animations tend to stop.move the object to left or right is not working, with one finger only move the object far or close...Wow so realistic 3D and is is fun to use ... very good for kids... good for making presentation i love it.

What I'd really like is to add my own animations, when l work out how.It's pretty good given it's nearly compatible with all android devices ;) no intrusive ads, I'm waiting for more content, maybe a better algorithm to detect some floors /walls but you still can place the objects manually for a perfect perspective.

3. My device support Google ARThis game is so bad I wish the Creator didn't even make this because like you don't even have realistic dinosaurs and the all the dinosaurs do is just stand around and walk in it and repeat the same thing.I want realistic animals like in movies.

4. I notice the animations don't have any sounds, l suppose that would be too complicated, but I'd like to try putting the videos into a movie editor and adding suitable sounds.

5. Google dog is not perfect but with proper angle and lighting it's working fine.Not bad but not too good either.

7. This sort of reminds me of the app, FX Guru, whereas it uses their 3D model themes that is applied to your video.

8. But with Arloopa, unless there is a video saving option, it is in MP4, so it's too choppy, as if I took the video in less than 30p.

9. One last thing; This app crashes a lot.This app is awesome! The models can be easily moved around.

10. I have not explored all options but it would be nice if the app allows to import our own models for entertainment or training purpose.

1. Fix ARLOOPA Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ARLOOPA: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ARLOOPA App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ARLOOPA" » Open ARLOOPA: AR Camera 3D Scanner » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ARLOOPA » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ARLOOPA: AR Camera 3D Scanner app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ARLOOPA servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ARLOOPA: AR Camera 3D Scanner" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ARLOOPA app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ARLOOPA might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ARLOOPA. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ARLOOPA then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ARLOOPA not working

2. Fix ARLOOPA Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ARLOOPA be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ARLOOPA not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ARLOOPA may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
