1. i have tried it several time.App was good in use.but it will better if you have a system where we can customize our needed minite,internet or anything eles in our wanted timing .i hope you will develop this system next time.You should include a refresh button on your widgets, the info shown on widgets doesn't update automatically.

2. Also you can add an additional customer preference option where we can buy the best offer like: Airtel's ''Yolo Pop'', Teletalk's ''Teleplan''.. If you add this kind of features then according to my opinion that would be awesome..Very good app but it has a problem the problem is it is very unresponsive and if there is a dedicated offer adjuster it will be better to find our importent offerOne of the worst sim i have ever used.

3. So please fix this problem.The network is not so good, many times you can't hear anything from the other sideWhy is the app not showing incoming msg or calls lately? Only outgoing msg,calls are showing, fix it soon😠😠That package shows you unlimited data for 3 hours only at 33 taka.

4. If you open mybl app then the latest info (min, data, balance) is shown on widgets otherwise not, this makes the mybl widgets pretty much useless.

1. Fix MyBL (My Banglalink) Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MyBL (My Banglalink): Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MyBL (My Banglalink) App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MyBL (My Banglalink)" » Open MyBL (My Banglalink) » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MyBL (My Banglalink) » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MyBL (My Banglalink) app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MyBL (My Banglalink) servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MyBL (My Banglalink)" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MyBL (My Banglalink) app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MyBL (My Banglalink) might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MyBL (My Banglalink). If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MyBL (My Banglalink) then reinstall.
