1. Wanting to actually get rewarded for doing something other than walking you have to pay for and I honestly don't think that's right at all, considering it's a fitness app.It's nice that you can be rewarded for being active, but actually getting a reward using points is extremely difficult... I've been trying to get a gift card using my points for over 2 weeks now, throughout all hours of the day/night and keep getting the same too many transactions error.

2. The purpose is to help gamers become more active, but it only counts steps by default and Google Fit doesn't count steps by how many steps you actually take but by distance traveled.

4. As for the reward system, it feels like it's kinda tough to get aura to redeem gift cards.This app has great potential, but it honestly falls flat.

5. When it doesn't sync you have to connect it to Google fitness and then switch it back just to get it to log in but it takes a total of 3 days to do that and put it back on fitbit steps.

6. How much your paying to get the full steps is more than the gift cards you could just buy...Loving this app! Sure it has bugs, but the creator is always on top of fixing the issues the best he can.

8. Now that I finally saved up enough aura to get a reward, not only does the reward more than double in cost (hard times hit us all, I get that), but the "redeem" function of the app doesn't work at all.

1. Fix Hero Trainer Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Hero Trainer: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Hero Trainer App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Hero Trainer" » Open Hero Trainer » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Hero Trainer » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Hero Trainer app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Hero Trainer servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Hero Trainer" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Hero Trainer app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Hero Trainer might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Hero Trainer. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Hero Trainer then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Hero Trainer not working

2. Fix Hero Trainer Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Hero Trainer be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Hero Trainer not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Hero Trainer may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
