1. -_-Local news no longer works and since it is only reason I subscribed I will deleting and cancelling.The app was fine, however over the last couple of weeks, when we need information the most due to the pandemic, the app keeps blocking me.
2. This is absolutely inexcusable during a time when we need information more than we ever have.Won't let me read the stories although I have an active digital subscription.
3. And last but not least, thank you for your staff working diligently to keep us informed.I paid for a monthly subscription and this app will not recognize the fact that I paid for a subscription.
4. I tried updating my subscription, but that did not work I also tried contacting the Sun Sentinel and they stated they couldn't find my subscription so I just cancelled it.
5. The other problem is that when I tried to email the developer with the contact information given here, I had the email returned because it says it's the wrong email address.
6. Update now they won't let me even log even though I'm a paid subscriber, ridiculous!I have a paid subscription and keeps asking to login to subscribe.
7. Every time I open the app to read the news the app states that I read my quota of free stories for the month.
8. It continually tells me I need a digital subscription.
9. I keep getting an error message that they're not compatible with Google and that I need to contact the developer.
10. I'm cancelling.I love the articles from Sun Sentinel, but I cannot access them when they are posted in Facebook.
11. Customer Service solution was to read it on a web browser - doesn't solve the issue with the app!This app is pretty awful.
Kindly CANCEL my subscription,
