Why should I report an Issue with RoCodes - Roblox Music & Game Codes?

1. It's very helpful and thank you for making this app.It's almost part of my daily routine! For me,it's a 4/5 because there some problems like some bugs.Sometimes it does not copy and sometimes I can't open the app,but overall it's a good app.If you play roblox,I definitely recommend this app to you!👌 😄I love all the songs that they provide, but if one thing I would suggest take some of the older codes off as some of the songs do not work and my favourite song is no longer playing Old Town Road.

2. Although they go away after a few minutes, it still kind of waste my time.I LOVE this app so much! But what annoys me, and the reason why I'm writing a response is because I see many people writing bad responses like "IT CRASHES EVERTIME I TAP A BUTTON" or "FIX THIS its sooo slow!! It crashes a lot" I think the reason its crashing is because of how old/type of a mobile device they have.

3. Highly recommended, saves a ton of time searching for codes online.It's a good app.In fact,it's amazing! I love how it copies the codes for u because it's mich faster.

4. Yeah those are my main problems with the app, but other than that it's fine.This app has helped me get alot of codes for music, pictures and games.

5. There aren't many codes? Half the codes are games I don't even play often.

6. The only problem is that ads pop up from the bottom of the screen, so i cant see the codes.

7. I LOVE this app, it works wonders for me.Overall a simply designed app but a smooth experience all around.

8. There isn't a wide variety of artists, I'm happy BTS is there, but I would also like to see Melanie Martinez, TXT, SZA, Enhypen, Twice, Redvelvet, etc.

1. Fix RoCodes Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart RoCodes: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the RoCodes App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "RoCodes" » Open RoCodes - Roblox Music & Game Codes » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for RoCodes » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear RoCodes - Roblox Music & Game Codes app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from RoCodes servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "RoCodes - Roblox Music & Game Codes" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check RoCodes app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, RoCodes might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall RoCodes. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall RoCodes then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing RoCodes not working

2. Fix RoCodes Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make RoCodes be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to RoCodes not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, RoCodes may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
