Also I already have account but it say no account or user existVery bad app l think l should not give to you 1 star also we couldn't sign in but it show that the account is doesn't aisxt that when l sign up than it show already aixts very bad appAfter signing up saying sending verification code but no verification code is coming not a better app some improvement should be done in the whole appNo live streaming properly ,on tv it's showing something else, please try to rectify the same.Not able to login, verification code could not be able to verifyNot able to signup..getting an error msg "Mandatory fields can't be left blank" even after filling all the fields.

And when try to login.. it shows email doesn't exist.After completing procedure for signing up display shows verification code sent, but no verification code coming on my mobile..hence unable to use this app..It's a pious app , on the other hand technical team are great lier..It is very helpful for who are away from Temple either in service at where no any facility of Jain temple.

3. First of all why do I need to sign up on this app? I did try to sign up but it needs a verification code which is supposed to be sent at my movilemobile/email but I have not receive the verification code.

5. So basically I cant sign up and i cant see contents of the app.Thankyou for making things complex and inefficient.Not able to sign up or login.

1. Fix Jinvani Channel Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Jinvani Channel: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Jinvani Channel App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Jinvani Channel" » Open Jinvani Channel » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Jinvani Channel » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Jinvani Channel app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Jinvani Channel servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Jinvani Channel" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Jinvani Channel app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Jinvani Channel might not work.
