1. Did you even test it before release ??One of the worst service provider network, I request everyone to, never install vianet WiFi in your office or home... Cause poor network and once got issue of network their team always come after a month for fix it.Too many features missing... 1.
2. I just updated the app and the app itself stopped working.vianet app is not stable time to time it should be properly fix and app is open very slow and new features should be add like app filtering website filter app this app is the most bad app I have ever seen it is not maintain properlyWorst app ever.
3. Support ticket created through customer care doesn't appear and dev even hasn't managed to handle special chars used in support ticket or feedback.Half of the 'features' provided in the app don't work.
4. Remote router restart, list of connected device, black listing devices and others features don't work properly.
5. Add Allowed Device list in wifi settings instead of blacklist or support both list, as nowadays most device uses random mac making blacklist useless.
6. I have try to unhidden SSID several time but it doesn't works and remain hide SSID.
7. For renewal they have a person to call us for reminder but when trying to renew my service via the vianet app it always shows error message.
8. Data Usage not shown properly with separate upload and download usage, add bar chart for data usage instead of that rubbish speed line chart.
9. Overall UI are good but it would be better the team more focus in testing.I am unable to open this app since last update.
10. I wonder if many features provided in the app is not working then what is the point of giving those features.
11. Please fix them.The app used to crash everytime i opened setting... Now with the new update the app wont even open... what a great update.
I do not want a Vianet Subscription
