She asked me to change review asap.I am liking these sugar lipsticks a lot but mostly shades are out of stock very disappointed 😔😔 as i am ordering from the original website but still shades are not available, as before i have tried city centre also but same issue is there, so i have ordered shades which i am not liking so much 🙃😔 🙄🙄 what is this and why ?????????????Worst experience regarding return policy.i m not satisfied at all .they r like they don't have any service provider in my area n even not in my city.after the courier also they r not sure about refund it to my account n they will just add it into my cart in form of voucher.very unsatisfied with sugar cosmetics n there service will never buy anything from sugar now.I have purchased 1 matte lipstick & 1 lip balm, but products are not so good.

3. Don't buy sugar product its a faulty brand so after they show return policy.I have given the best rating previously because you promise your products match the Indian skin tones.

I tried corrector & foundation and purchase the product and compact also purchase that time i tried only corrector they said it's perfect on your skin tone and i trusted them and purchase product amt 2300/- but it's I received wrong product that is not match on my skin tone, I looking different on my original face, their representative give wrong product which is not suitable.

5. When asked agent is asking me "WHY DIDN'T YOU CALL ME" The customer care agent called me and told me that they'll deliver the free product to me.

6. The only problem is They don't inform you if the product is out of stock they keep delaying the shipping ,but their customer service is good.

7. I ordered all sugar products from nyka, in the 4 pack of lipstick the two lipsticks are empty.

1. Restart SUGAR Cosmetics: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SUGAR Cosmetics App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SUGAR Cosmetics" » Open SUGAR Cosmetics: Shop Makeup » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SUGAR Cosmetics » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SUGAR Cosmetics: Shop Makeup app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SUGAR Cosmetics servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SUGAR Cosmetics: Shop Makeup" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SUGAR Cosmetics app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SUGAR Cosmetics might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SUGAR Cosmetics. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SUGAR Cosmetics then reinstall.
