1. I entered postal codes I know for a fact have schools but the app couldn't find them.cant enter a postcode on galaxy note 2, pretty rubbish development!Had no problems with this app, its very useful for busy and forgetful parents like me!It doesn't search any postcode.

2. We have had to apologise to parents.Only works on my old phone 😱😱Searched for the school under the correct postcode but it can't find it so pretty useless.

1. Fix School Updates Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart School Updates: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the School Updates App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "School Updates" » Open School Updates » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for School Updates » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear School Updates app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from School Updates servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "School Updates" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check School Updates app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, School Updates might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall School Updates. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall School Updates then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing School Updates not working
