1. Unfortunately after that when I went to plan outfits the app would crash or it wouldn't even show the outfit, the options would just be white! WTFFFF! I love the idea of the app, and it was so close to being pretty great and then it just stopped working.

2. I like how it categorizes clothes and colors and I like uploading a bunch of photos at once instead painstakingly one at a time and i really like the random outfit generator BIG PROBLEM: it crashes.

3. I really hope the designers can fix this bc I love this app and really would like to be able to use itWaste of time! I spent so much time taking pictures and categorizing my items.

4. As a result, when you are trying to create outfits the pictures are not showing, there's a blank tile where the pic should be.

5. Opening the app was very slow, scrolling the outfits I had created was slow, and when I chose the style me option, it took sometimes 3 minutes for it to actually load something.

6. A lot of time wasted.This app seems to work at first but after some time it seems to not function properly.

7. The outfit styling is buggy, and doesn't work well, normally for me it just makes the app crash.

8. You'll be disappointed if you waste your time on this app.The app is really fun to use but not all outfits look great.

9. And it takes a long time to take pictures of your clothes to put into the app.

10. This also happened to me and I figured out that you need to keep the pictures in your phone's storage for them to stay in the app.I really like this app.

11. When you go to add clothing, the camera doesn't work, even though I have given permission on the phone.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Pureple Outfit Planner Issues

1. Fix Pureple Outfit Planner Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Pureple Outfit Planner: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Pureple Outfit Planner App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Pureple Outfit Planner" » Open Pureple Outfit Planner » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Pureple Outfit Planner » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Pureple Outfit Planner app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Pureple Outfit Planner servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Pureple Outfit Planner" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Pureple Outfit Planner app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Pureple Outfit Planner might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Pureple Outfit Planner. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Pureple Outfit Planner then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Pureple Outfit Planner not working
