Why should I report an Issue with Antenna Point?

So, for me, this app does not work.This app had me pointing towards the ocean where there are obviously NO towers, like one of the other reviewers said, this thing had me pointing nearly 180 degrees from where I actually had to point my antenna, this app was a total waste of my time; the compass on my phone is working properly because I verified it with 2 other apps just to make sure I wasn't missing something.

I gave it 2 stars because it was free and luckily I didn't waste any loot on this.Works showed me where the towers were, can't turn my apartment building around though I have to run coax cable from front to back of my place about 20' need to check but I think I'm going to loose some signal with that long of a cable but some of my channels don't have good reception now going to try just not right now.

3. Bottom line is, I have had better luck guessing the direction of my local towers by sight.As good as any other antenna app I have tried the past 3 years.

4. Although it did not work 100% for me, I still believe the app has very good information and features quite favorable to anyone installing an HDTV antenna at home.App gives different directions almost everytime I use it.

9. Shows the virtual channel as well as the digital channel for each station, which is helpful since most tv's while scanning for channels does not show the channels found until after it is finished scanning.

1. Fix Antenna Point Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Antenna Point: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Antenna Point App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Antenna Point" » Open Antenna Point » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Antenna Point » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Antenna Point app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Antenna Point servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Antenna Point" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Antenna Point app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Antenna Point might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Antenna Point. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Antenna Point then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Antenna Point not working

2. Fix Antenna Point Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Antenna Point be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Antenna Point not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Antenna Point may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
