All in all, the site is a Godsend.Just getting started, appreciate the info and a foundation to learn about the condition and how to manage it, I'm 52 I've heard about diabetes but never known much about it.thanks again 🙏👍This App is Good because I am trying Locate a Nutritionist and from Downloading and looking at this App helps me to become knowledgeable of what foods and fruits is Healthy for a Diabetic.
2. I Love Apples 🍎 and Bananas 🍌 😋 I normally Slice the Bananas into my Raisen Brand Cereal or Honey Oats Cheerios Cereal as well as other Brand Corn Flakes.Really good for the newly diagnosed in particular.
3. I am a type 1 diabetic for 30 years so over the years there is always new studies being done and you can learn a lot from the up to date studies and it is a lot easier now to count the calories and the carbohydrates in your food now then it was 30 years ago.
4. And I have to say it really has good geeat tips things you may have known but forgot them over the years.
5. Thank you for your app!Early days, but the pop up daily is a good reminder to keep focusing a d the tip content is relevant.I just downloaded this app.
6. Has been a handy reminder of various food options for my hubs & things to change out in recipes.
7. I suggest getting your A1c checked, that will let you know if you're pre diabetic or not.Very informative, but for someone that knows these things, the app is useless.
8. The food articles allow you to understand what you can eat or eat in moderation and exercise, too.
9. I had 2 strokes recently, cerebral and the other in mt medulla, partly caused from having diabetes and I didn't know.
10. It helps me plan the next few days for food and exercise.
